I live in Lucknow and I have bought AC-1.5 tone on 2nd May'09 from Sahara Ganj-Big Bazar.Twice in a month swing stop working when I called up customer care executive,I found inspite of serveral reminder nobody is listening to my complaint.To buy Samsung is now becoming suffering for me,My complaint no.BPNO.8410646612 is not being entertained though it crossed 5-days.If the same same response continue then I will be going in consumer forum,as no alternative left for me now.

    MY TV SAMSUNG 29M16 S/No.2404E STOPPED WORKING AFTER PRODUCING CRACKING SOUND.CONTACTED SERVICE CENTRE AT 30308282 FOR SERVICE. NO ONE TURNED UP GIVING PROMISE TO REACH BY 8:00 PM NEXT DAY MR.CHETAN (MOBILE-9654700933)VISITED AND SAID THE PART HE HAS DOES NOT MATCH THE ONE INSTALLED IN THE SET WITH A PROMISE TO REPLACE NEXT MORNING.ON 20TH AUG 2009 WHEN CALLED HE SHOWS HIS INABILITY THAT PART IS NOT AVAILABLE WITH SERVICE CENTRE.

    PLEASE DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS BECAUSE COMPANY SERVICE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW WHAT PARTS THEY HAVE PUT IN THEIR OWN PRODUCTS AND DO NOT MAINTAIN SPARES STOCK. WORKING CUSTOMERS CANNOT WAIT FOR COMPANY POOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICE.

    I have Purchased Samsung Split A/C AS 18 UTA Max Gold 3S 1.50 Ton from Viveks Vadapalani Shop @ 26500 /-on 25/04/09. Serial No: A291PZES101806A and this AC was Installed by Viveks Service Technician on 29 /04/09 and I have paid Rs 2500/-.

    From the date of purchase it is giving so many problems and so many time Viveks service technician came and attended these problems.


    During winter session i seldom use it. Now when i switched on this summer time the compressor is not working and there is no cooling in my room.


    Please take necessary action and do the need full early as possible.
