just wondering whether there are MPESA fraudsters masquerading as agents. I wrongly made a withdrawal on 17th September 2017 for kes. 160. I made a call to MPESA and requested for a reversal. I am shocked to learn that the reversal could not cone because the agent ELMI Holdings Ltd claims that I withdrew the money and have even provided my ID number. As per there confirmation message, they are located at Tassia Complex. I have visited the complex and they are not located there. The Safaricom held desk is not helpful advising me to report the case to the Police. Surely all the bother for Kes. 160. However, the question is how did the agent get my ID number. Is there an insider in Safaricom that is colluding with this fraudsters. I can not locate the agent to verify the purported information or signature. I am just glad that this was a small amount. I fear for millions of Kenya. The question is how do they get hold of your ID details. I am still pondering the thought

    My name is Peter Mutua Musyoka,I have been receiving credit either on TUNIKIWA or OKOA while i had not requested for. At 2.58 pm, i received a OKOA loan of sh.20. 00  without my application. it is only about two weeks when, i found several hubs that were included in my phone. when ever i deactivate,them, they are loaded again. Kindly investigate and let me know why Safaricom has to levy me for things that i have not applied. The safaricom has made the process of communicating with their customer care long and not helful to many.. Kindly note, i am a frustreted customer.
