My A.C Compressor and Condensor are covered parts of my waranty to Consumer Direct Waranty services.  My automotive technitians attempted to file a claim.  They recieced hang ups from CDWS automated claim line for three days.  I also attempted to contact them by email and phone calls.  They have never responded.  The phone service said that they were only open Monday through Thurday.
    This is the third claim that has been made from me.  The first two were denied.  I only attempted a third claim just in case I got lucky and they accepted this time.  The second claim was for over 3000.00 for the engine engine.  I was told that since it was damaged due to an uncovered part, CDWS would not cover it.
    When I purchased the waranty, I specifically asked if the engine, the transmition and the AC was covered and they said "absolutely".
