For christmas my son purchased a diamond ring so on Dec 25th he gave it to his fiance on Feb 1st she had lost already to diamonds we went to the store to see about returning or fixing they refused so we took it to 2 more jewerley stores they said it was bad casting and there were no prongs even on one of the other diamonds so we went back to Sears and the manager approached us with a very mean attitude and said what do you want me to do about it I said could we return or have it fixed he bluntly said thats not happenning so I will never deal with them again poor service
