I purchased a Dirt Devil vacuum and within the first month it just wouldn't turn on. It was under warranty so they replaced it with a less quality vacuum. Upon opening that box and putting it together I use it the first time it was spitting out instead of vacuuming. I contacted customer service they kept me on the phone for more than an hour and eventually told me they could not do anything about it. A very rude supervisor refused to help in any way. This is how terrible their customer services I have purchased dirt devils for many years and I will never purchase another one. Way to go Dirt Devil you just kicked off a good customer and now everybody on this complaint board can see it! Treat your customers better! Without them you don't have a company! Or make any money!
