Bad tires

My Dad and I rented a new Chrysler Avenger 2012 last Christmas here in St. John's and We nearly went off the highway twice in the snowy roads. Even a little bit of snow would make the low car fishtail and we were driving slowly. Anyway three of the tires were totally worn out. They weren't Winter tires either so The company in Corner Brook gave Dad a Toyota car for a day til they put new tires on the other car. Dad examined the tires and he couldn't get a key in the groove. So He was not too happy about it. They should be libel to change their old tires.
