my name is Mavis wright and this company cash advance or cash now of america is calling harassing me saying i owe them money and they have a judgment against me. i never took any loan out with these people and they keep calling my job harassing me and being disrespectful. They say that I have to come to court in Califonia and that the loan I took out on line was $419. I never took out any loan. The number they phoned from is 818 309 1343

It's a con and a phone extortion racket.
You know you didn't borrow anything from them.
They don't have any "judgement", but if they call and threaten enough people, they can probably con some of them.
You don't have to go to some court in California.
That's just more BS, a storyline designed to manipulate you into paying, if not by the threats of a fake "judgement", then by the "pragmatic" argument that "it will cost you more to go to California than to just pay".
To collect a debt through the courts, in compliance with FDCPA, any legitimate debt collectors would only legally be allowed to sue you in either your own county, or in the county where the alleged "loan" was signed. There is no "loan", and they haven't "sued" you in your own county. If they didn't do that, you could sue them, if you could ever find them. If you were really sued, the plaintiff would have had to serve you a summons.
It's all an act.
Anyone with an anonymous cell phone or VoIP (like Magic Jack) under a fake name could pull this off, from anywhere in the world. Currently, most complaints are consistent with Indian swindlers.
Cut off contact. They are scammers running a con, nothing more.
