I am planning to talk to a lawyer to file a class action against this company for automatically transferring the membership to new company without notifying the members and having such difficulty in membership cancellation. Please join on face book if you have been ripped off by this company.

Any business can sell to another at any time and there are virtually no consequences for not notifying you. You have to have been injured in some way for this to matter. Blast raised my rates from those of Ballys and I am a lifetime member from 1987. I am contesting that increase by contacting the state attorney generals office since I have been harmed financially. If you want to cancel then send a certified letter to Ballys and let your credit card and bank know that Ballys is forbidden from debiting your account. Don't let them take your money and then fight to get it back- stop them from taking your money up front- let them try and get it from you. Their charges have to be valid to have merit and they have a ton of junk fees you never saw coming to gouge you.
