We have booked through internet reservation for 25 Dec and 05 jan for my mother.
The delivery address was Gwalior.
The courier agency is asking my mother to collect the tickets from their shop.

I don't understand why is he asking us if we had paid the courier charges along with the ticket.

Is our being used somewhere else or courier agent is not accountable to ministry of railways.

I will lodge petition against right to information act and violating of customer rights in consumer forum.
