threatening phone calls

I have been receiving threatening phone calls from ACS Law firm stating that I have been named in a legal action. I have received calls from months from someone with a heavy foreign accent.

Today they called at work and when I hung up on them they kept calling back until I unplugged the phone. I then called the FBI because they were also calling family members and threatening them as well. The FBI advised me to contact the FCC, the do not call list and my credit reports. This is happening everywhere. Foreign companies have been able to purchase old information from companies that are not longer in business and use that information to make these threatening phone calls.  Do not FALL FOR THIS IT IS A SCAM.  Report it to the Attorney Generals office as well so that something can be done internationally.

They are just scammers running a "debt collection" extortion racket.

They are not "attorneys", and they can't carry out their threats.
They may very well be calling from India via VoIP.
File complaints with your local police, Attorney General, and FBI.

Same thing happened to me only they told me I borrowed money online from a payday service and if I didn't take care of it immediately then there would be marshalls at my work that will ccome arrest me tomorrow. They say they are Bradley Jones Law Frim. If I ask questions he gets very testy. Even had to change my cell because I am so tired of it! Now they are calling it, just got a new number yesterday! How do I stop this nonsense?
They have like 50 different numbers they call me from

I received several calls from "ACS Law Firm" on my home and work phones. A few msgs were left stating there was a pending law suit that will be filed against me regarding an unpaid Payday loan. I knew I had not had not received an online Payday loan that went unpaid and ignored them for a while then got irritated and finally called to see they had to say. It was the same thing; they said I was being sued for an unpaid balance, it was a man with a thick foreign accent and each msg I received was the same and when I challenged him stating I can prove I never received a loan from this co he informed me that authorities will show up at my place of work. I work for the State and I guess I will see what happens tomorrow but I am going to report them. They had all my personal info and that is the only thing that concerns me, as I sensed from the get-go they were not legit, there number did not even display on caller id and any legit law firm wants you to reach them and they have nothing to hide.

Last year, I was harrassed by this agency who stated by a man with a foreign accent that they had a criminal case against me for a stop payment on a payday loan. First, I have never performed a stop payment. I have done payday loans but paid each one in full. They threatened me with jail time and stated that I would be served within 24 hours for a court day within the week. I played their bluff with nothing happening. For six months I was not bother until January in which they did the same. I confronted them and was not bother until last week, in which we were back to the same scenario. I am in the process of paying off all my bills to buy a car and I would like to go on in life without this harrassment. They called me at 7:30 am this week and left a message. Later they called me at work in which I wish I could have recorded. What does it take to stop these fraudulent calls.

Try using some correct punctuation and spelling in your sentences. Maybe we'll actually be able to make some sense of what it is you're trying to say
