I received a phone call on Monday June 6, 2011 from a lady who went into a conversation about having magazines for 36 months. she asked alot of questions and I would return the questions back to her with more questions. The funny thing is that she could not answer anything for me and then she put her "supervisor" on the phone who did not have the answers either and would ask her employee for the answers. ( the first woman says she was new on the job). after talking to them the conversation eneded with me not really wanting the magazines and they said just try them. the phone supposedly hung up (atleast they thought it did) and I was still on the line. I heard the two women high five each other and then scream "we got it" I tried calling the number back and they would just let the phone ring or just simply answer and whisper! I received a call from the so called girft department and told them I did not want it either she gave the same spill and now Fed-Ex called with a DELIVERY!!!

I had a bad feeling from the beginning and now they want to force this thing on me. After reading the complaints this is still a NO FOR ME!

They are a fraudulent "magazine subscription" telemarketer operating from the Buffalo NY area.  They employ deceptive sales practices to create the appearance of a "subscription contract", then use threats to extort hundreds to thousands of dollars of payments, often for unwanted magazines never ordered, or as a "cancellation fee".

It's just a phone extortion racket.  File fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General.  Then contact the New York Attorney General to file a fraud complaint.

If they keep calling, even under one of their "collection agency" names, file fraud complaints and notify them you have done so.  They are reported to move on once they know you have contacted any Attorney General.
