Called to set appointment

Hello,
I received a message from Sears and was told to call back to set appointment and the serial number to my refrigerator and range hood. When I called back a recording stated due some difficulties they could not take the call I have tried everyday and no answer yet nor can I reach AHS. Now, I been a customer for over 10 years may 15 years this is not acceptable you take my monthly payment on time every month.
