Scam - Calls, Gets a Name, Ships Un-Ordered Materials to You

This company is 100% a SCAM!  Our Assisted Living Facility received a call asking for the maintenance person to come to the phone.  I had heard of this company in years past, so I gave a false name knowing that if anything arrived it was them and a scam.  No one at our small facility placed any type of order or agreed to receiving any product of any kind from Industrial Chem Labs & Services, Inc.  Sure enough, a package arrived while I was on vacation and another employee signed for it as they do with any packages that arrive.  When I returned from vacation, I called the company and the rudeness and aggressive language started.  I then was told "Be very careful with what you say..." as some form of a threat.  This place appears to be scamming people on a very regular basis for many years now.  The problem is no one (including myself) finds out about this company until it is too late.  The best we can do is leave these reviews with every online source that we can find -and- contact your state's attorney general's office - division of consumer complaints or consumer protection.  Prayers for everyone to get resolution and have this company answer for their many wrongdoings.
