On 7/13/17 I called AHS to request service since the air conditioner was leaking in the ceiling and garage. I was told that the first appointment could not be sooner than Sunday. When the Tech from AMA came he refused to go into the attic where the a/c was located stating lack of access, which was incorrect.  Monday, 7/17 another tradesman came to take heat pictures which showed the ceiling being wet and weaken. Still no repairs, just a leaking a/c and damaged ceiling; next I called AHS over 5 times and being held on the line for approximately 55 minutes. The fact that it is extremely difficult to reach AHS is an understatement. Finally when I did get in touch with someone I was told two additional companies would be dispatched (this would be 4 companies and no repairs). However, one of the companies did not notify me of an appointment even though they verbally acknowledged my request for service, then the next company came and promised to repair a/c. Never heard from them again until I called today to inquire about the status of my service/repair  request and was told the request was closed (this is when I question how can a request be closed when the a/c is still leaking and a ceiling was destroyed  causing me to hire  a company to remove the wet ceiling and insulation, costing me $3000. This has been the worst experience, the a/c is still leaking in the laundry room and garage. AHS would not let me choose a reliable company instead informed me if I find someone I would be responsible for the cost. AHS was the warranty company for my two houses and I am very upset with the way they treat a customer. I want reimbursement of $5900 for having to hire a company to attend to the leaks before causing Mole and $3000 for hiring a ceiling company before the ceiling fell." GP"
