    1)  "I did order the trail size. of dermagen"  They're typically pitched as a "trial", like you might decide whether you want to buy the full product.
    2)  "I paid the shipping" Excuse to get your account information.
    3)  "I did not order the nova care."  they don't really care what you ordered, since they intend to cram what they want.
    4)  "when receiving the product it came with out any type of billing."  No reason to tip you off that you're being charged.  The next step is trying to wait out the 60 day bank dispute period.
    5)  "no number to call "  Delay and block disputes
    6)  "I spoke to a live person her number is txerco914.  she was no help. she said  they sent a e-mail." Pretend "customer service" for appearances that it's a "legitimate business"
    7)  "did not receive any communication from tham. "  See (4) above
    8)   "the people who advertise for tham are  also scammers. "  Create a lot of "buzz", again to look "legitmate"
    9)  "I asked for my money back. no way she said. "  Some people give up at that point, and that's how they make money.

Call it what it is.. replies to Cramming scam..
It's set up with layers of deception, to get your account number while obscuring that they intend to charge you a much larger amount than the "trial" shipping charge. You don't know the game until you find the next play, and that's how it's designed.
Your winning move is to dispute the charge through your bank, due to fraud, since your bank can reverse charges if you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge.
Their moves are designed to stretch out your bank dispute past that point, since they know no one will sue over this amount.
