Crooked DISH Company

On October 1, 2012 I ordered the Installation of ONLY The American Top 120 Channels and they send me an email as follows:

I did not like the charges and CANCELLED the installation the following day: October 2, 2012.

Today, October 3, 2012 they withdrew from my bank account the following:

10/03/12 DISH NETWORK-ON800 894 9131     $42.44  
10/03/12 DISH NETWORK-ON800 894 9131     $1.00  
10/03/12 DISHCOSTSLESS.CLOCKPORT     $49.99  

The third item,  DISHCOSTSLESS.CLOCKPORT, is not on the detail in the charges they send me by email; however, they made a withdraw for that item ($49.99)

I called DISH regarding the withdawls and they told me that it will take 2 to 3 business days to re-imburse the money to my account. I will be checking my account and see if they do it.

I have made a search about complaints regarding DISH Co. and they have been taken to court by every state of the union. My question is: Why the government has not taken DISH Co. out of bisiness due to their crooked business practicess?

Will continu to fight till I get satisfaction; meanwhile probably you might be able to help me.
