I receive constant phone calls from this number 607-777-1340
I've call them back asking them to stop calling me and they say that it's automated and they have no control.
This is not my dentist!!!
the girl was very rude when I spoke with her about it.
I want them to stop.
I get phone calls constantly, at least once or twice a month!!!
this has been going on for MONTHS!!!

Send them notice, certified, to cease calling you in accordance with TCPA and the Do Not Call list.
If you have further calls, file complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and the New York Attorney General, for Do Not Call violations.
If it continues to be a problem, you could sue under TCPA, which provides for penalties of up to $500 to $1500 per call, plus attorney fees.
