    My name is Pranat Sharma and my mobile number is 9163296011.i get 3-4 sms from AD-54321 that (you have been renewed for airtel cricket 24*7 subscription service from airtel and ad-54321 for using tadka live subscription. you have been recharged Rs.3 and rs. 10 which i have never activated  or used.Get latest games at http://gclub.in/ea) which i have never used and never activated. after several complain to customer care on 31-03-2011 i got an sms from AA-Service that (CBDOV 20411297430  Kindly note as per your requestall the subscription has been deactivated on your airtel mobile.) up till here it was ok but again on 11-04-2011 i got the above 1st mentioned sms from AD-54321 that airtel 24*7 cricket pack is renewed and Rs.3 is charged to me in my mobile.

    i was just dont no what to do with this bloody airtel services. they are not 1 of the best but 1 of the worst service providers in all over. is this type of service they provide to their customer and that to those who have kept faith in them and made MNP. and their customer care service is not at all acessible if we make a call to 198 or 121 3 times in a month it gets deactivated on 4th time. this is one of the stupid type of rule which these airtel people are following customer care should be available anywhere everywhere anytime, when the customer wants to call. i appeal to AIRTEL  to quickly look in to the matter and rectify their mistakes. as i have decided that i will be going back to my new network if these bloody AIRTEL people are not going to look into my matter carefully.
