Repetitive Nuisance Phone Calls

This number calls me every day, several times a day. When I did a reverse phone search, it said this was a Level 3 Communication, which is apparently illegal. The number calling me is (610) 285-7285. I have been on the "no call" list for many years, and continuously reapply to remain on the list. What can be done?
