"No Gimmick" is the Real Gimmick

Today, Bob's Delivery never showed-up to our home. This is after being told yesterday by the Rockville, MD Store that we were the "first" delivery of the day. After a day of missing work, we were told the delivery would come on Saturday Morning and we would again be the "first delivery." We subsequently cancelled our order (after being on the phone with the store and warehouse most of the day) and were told we would be refunded. Mind you, we got the run-around all day from everyone we spoke with on the phone. The left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing and the right hand didn't know the left hand existed.
The Store Manager simply lied. The salesman can't tell the truth. We're pissed because we waited all day.
Well, instead of refunding the order, they charged us again! What f*cking idiots! At least our credit card refused the second duplicate charge when they called us to check if we purchase the exact same quantity again.
At the initial purchase last weekend, the salesman lied to us saying we would have a "morning" delivery window just so he could make the sale. He "checked with the store manager" and we were "special" because delivery was three days away. Bobs then called and left an automated message last night that we would need to be home all day and were scheduled for a late afternoon delivery.
Just a bunch of liars in my humble opinion. Don't shop in the Rockville, MD store unless you want headaches. Never mind the fact that they are like sharks in the store and follow you everywhere. You can't have peace of mind constantly being hounded by salespeople at Bobs in Rockville, MD.
This is the DC Metropolitan Area - a wealthy and educated place that's fairly recession-resistant. The store may last other places, but it will be gone here very quickly with this kind customer disregard and deceit.
