Won 1.5 Million and a 2019 Mercedes

Received a cell phone call from 210-475-0619.  Couldn't hear the person who spoke with a foreign accent and there was background noise of cars and horns.  I hung up and told him initially I wasn't interested under the presumption he was a telemarketer, but he proceeded to call my office 6 times, leaving messages that could not be deciphered and my cell several times.  He then sent a text message telling me I had won a raffle prize of 1.5M and a 2019 Mercedes Benz.  I called and left a message and he called back telling me I can claim a prize and do I want delivery.  I proceeded to drill him with questions as to what raffle, how was I entered into it and he responded that it was a random selection,  His text messages indicated the selections were from shopping at a Walmart or buying Gas with a credit card.   I asked him what company and he told me it was American Family Publishers Sweepstakes Company, which doesn't exist anymore.     This just doesn't sound legit and if I had won I'm sure they would not be texting a winner.   Please beware.
