tracking system/ and non shippment

I even paid an extra 9.99 for sooner shipping. When you go to track it it doesnt even recognize any of the info even it now wants you to put the customer support number in first. I tried all four ways and they all said nothing is recognized. If tomorrow by the time it should go through i will call my bank..Thanks for everyones complaints
