Fraud 'lower credit card interest' Calls

This company calls me daily!! This time it was from number 619-306-9089...I pressed 1 after the recording and asked the person who answered the name of the company, she said the name of the company is 'Card Services'. I then asked her to remove my number and she screamed "NO" into the phone and hung up. Tried calling number back and it said this number is not taking calls. This company needs to be shut down!!!
