Faulty washer

Bought a maytag centennial top load washer 2 monthes ago. It doesn't clean clothes and fades all the dark cottons leaves residue spots and Dry spots !!!deposits colors on other clothes . Have a Laudry detergent now for the whites for the blacks can't wash lights without oxi clean or they literally come out grey??? Clothes come out of washer ridiculously wrinkly so hang drying is barely an option, which we religiously always have done ! Also it doesn't truly have a cold / cold cycle . This washer has ruined more clothes than I can count . I pride myself on how my family presents itself and how I send them out of my house in clean neat clothes , this washer has me utterly disappointed as I was so excited to get it as a surprise thank you gift from my family!  If you can imagine how does a mom complain about a gift that was given from her kids and husband , less than two monthes ago , it's the worst and this company should be ashamed !!!
