Yesterday January 24, 2018 I got a scam phone call from Starnet Paete the number they called from was 1-706-749-1361. It was the first one from them. I am living in the state of MA. I see from this web site that I was Scammed. Decided to report this call.
I did not answer the phone quickly, they were gone by the time I answered.
It is too bad something isn't being done to stop these calls.
Another type of spam is many calls from National Grid from all over the country. Hang up on those or don't answer.

    I get calls for Health Insurance, Student Loans, Tech Support, and Investment Opportunties.  All are from numbers owned by Broadwing Communications.  I have decided to start calling the registered agent for them in my state for each and every call.  The registered agent in Missouri for Broadwing Communications is CT Corporation System in Clayton, MO.  https://bsd.sos.mo.gov/Common/CorrespondenceI ... 83483&version=1 The agents name is Kristen Bolden and the number is 314-863-5545.  I would encourage you to contact them and complain.
