Extort funds

I recieved a call from a gentleman named Bart stated I was under investigation for fraudulent activity not repaying a loan. He called from the number 17172024209. He could not give me the payday loan company name he gave general info stating he was helping me out because the company was fraudulent. I told him I was not going to authorize giving him money because he had not provided proper info. He would not give me the number of the company and I told him to fax me the affidavit he claimed he had. He then backed off saying if I needed more time to decide so I wouldnt be convicted. I asked way too many questions for him and havent recieved the fax as of yet.
