American Laser Centers SUCK BIG TIME

It was March 2007 when I decided to sign a contract with American Laser to have my hair removed from my legs and paid over $2500.00. I called them back the next day and told Cydney Reynon the office manager to cancel my contract and refund my money.

She said that they have a no refund policy and I should contact her headquarter office and that's what I did with no help from anyone. Here it is 2 months later without a phone call back or a refund. I paid for this treatment under CareCredit and I contacted them with now luck either.

They sent me a letter yesterday to call American Laser and resolve the issue. So I have no one to turn to for help and I'm stuck with paying over $2500.00 for no services. I can't afford this treatment at this time and I just found out that I'm pregnant. In one of the agreement contracts it states if you are pregnant, treatment CAN NOT be performed. So I hope by me writing this letter, it will help some of you get a better understanding of American Laser. It is a rip off and they only care about money not you. Please don't use them or you will get ripped off.
