automatic withdrawal from credit card account

Several months ago I noticed a charge on my account that I didn't recognize. I called the credit card company to dispute the charges, I didn't have the card available at the moment to state the full number on the card to the operator and was told there was nothing she could do. Unfortunately, I had forgotten about the incident and hadn't scrutinized my statements as cIosely as I should have until today. The same charge appeared again and again on previous statements.  This time I looked on-line for the name that appeared on the statement and what popped up was complaint after complaint of a scam run by this company.  So again, I called to complain that this was NOT something I'd signed up for, and the operator told me it is a Company called Provell, and that they're known for doing this, but it's up to the individual that's been subjected to the abuse to call and stop it.  She also gave me the number 800-475-1942, and told me that I could NOT get the last SIX months at $25.each, refunded to me by the card company. I SWEAR that I did NOT agree to ANY service OR monthly charge from this DISPICABLE company. Please beware if you see the name Provell, Or WC Budget Savers appear on any statement and call the 800 number to stop them IMMEDIATELY!
