REVERSE SYNC

I had my computer hard drive crash and did not have a back up. I lost all my music from my hard drive which was 125 songs. So I purchased a new computer. I did have the songs stored on my ipad. So I heard about his process of reverse sync to obtain music from an ipad or ipod to your computer. I keep my songs on my computer so I can burn CDs if I want. I asked Guru Aid if they were aware of the process of reverse sync. I was informed that a senior technician absolutely knows how this is done. What ended up happening is I saw the songs on my computer in itunes. It appeared to be all the songs on my ipad. Then this technician said he needed to check my ipad. So I said okay and I stepped away from the computer briefly then when I came back there was nothing on my itunes and all my songs but seven were left on my ipad. Guru Aid started giving me all this double talk which I don't really understand and said they apologize. Now, I am without the songs in my computer and ipad. It will cost me over hundred dollars to replace all these songs. Guru Aid is not honest about what they claim they can do for a customer. If they did not know the process of reverse syncing, they should have just said so in the beginning.
