Bogus charges on my Credit Card

I bought Microsoft 2007 through my company for an employee discount of $9.99 plus $12.00 for the backup DVD. They billed me $21.95 AND another $104.99. I only got the address and phone number through this website to be able to call them. Otherwise I couldn't find a number anywhere.
I talked with customer service and after an extensive search she could not see the bogus charge just the good one so I had to fax my credit card print out to their accounting department...we'll see what REALLY happens.
