Direct Buy Tampa Florida

We have been a members of direct buy for a while and initially it worked well. There were definite savings on many categories without running all around town. THEN they sold and everything went wrong that could. The items arrived months(many) late, and then the freight went thru the roof. I complained, but nothing changed my next two orders.
