did not use there service and tried to cancle 4 days later

I signed up for la fitness I pay half up front. But then I went to the hospital I get out a week later and payy up front the rest and asked them to freeze it. They say no and charge 70 next day while they say call head quarters.  They say buy out your contract but no freezing it and they say no refunds. So I cancel my bank card and say by and I'm going to the BBB.
