I am still waiting to hear back from you regarding my missing items from my bags on Nov 29, 2010. Forms were filled out and sent to you over 6 wks ago and on response. I have called over 100 times and get no one to speak with. I guess that is deliberate on your part. I am very very very disappointed and upset at the manner you have dealt with this matter.
Would appreciate your immediate response.

    Andrea, I have worked as flight attendant with an airline for 8 years.  I personally witnessed a sting created by an airline to catch baggage handlers who were suspected of stealing from passenger's bags while being loaded into cargo compartments.  The thieves were caught and then fired.  I'm not aware of charges being brought against them but the point is that it happens a lot more than people realize.  My recommendation is to lock your bag.  They are targeting the bags without locks because it's easy.  I have also witnessed people walking off airplanes with bags that don't belong to them.  We have had countless pilots that have had their bags stolen because they are forced to put them in overhead bins.  Passengers simply walk off with them. I'm sorry this happened to you, on behalf of the airline industry in general.  I think we have a lot of work to do to protect our passengers.
