I booked with CheapOAir.com thinking that they were giving me the best price for a ticket on JetBlue.  However they advertised one price and by the time I booked it the ticket price went up 16 dollars each.  On top of that they charged and extra 27 dollars for my lap infant.  The actual airline doesn't even charge for an infant to fly!  So by the end of the transaction they charged me an extra 75 dollars for my family to fly!  CheapOAir.com shows you a fake breakdown of ticket prices and you click book, then after you've purchased they show you a completely different breakdown with additional ridiculous fees!  BOTTOM LINE- DO NOT BOOK WITH CHEAPOAIR.COM!

False advertisement cannot be declared unless a certain (all) 5 conditions are met, one of them being that the advertisement caused you injury of some sort or the potential of causing injury. Sorry, but maybe next time it would be best to do some research into the companies that you shop online with. That would be smart consumer thing to do! ;-)

Sorry mister arrogant. I don't care if there's some obscure legal definition of false advertising that pleases arrogant lawyer types who prey on those trying to live by ethical standards. I call it false advertising when a site claims a price, then, once you think you've booked, says uh oh,  oh no, your seats were just taken by someone else so now your flight is $500 more. Just press here and we're happy to accept your money. That "coincidence" is an absolute lie. The false (oh sorry, does the word false offend your high and mighty self?) advertising of that particular flight is still alive and well HOURS later and I have tried to rebook several times with the same "surprised" message each time.  So, sure, maybe you've got some legal-crap excuse, but false by the standards of normal human beings is pretty much a standard definition. And shut up with your stick up your butt consumer research crap. Even the most research oriented among us can't examine each and every step we take. Though, admittedly, there are crooks everywhere and the law seems to protect them.

Advertising a price hundreds of dollars less than what they can provide is false advertising.  No need to meet any other criteria false is false.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

I booked 3 tickets online with your company. I called and asked to get the seats next to each other. Your customer service representative are rude and unhelpful.

    Regards,
    Ahmed
