Hi, My name is Feroz Sayyed i am using 199 rental plan and in previous month i had activated by calling CC 98 rs internet plan on my cell,first of all i would like to thanks and appreciate your CSE (Sunita Singh Ref# 903049413) she is the only 1 girl had given me the information the thing is while activating the service no one told me that using airtel live is chargeable and even not informed me to change the configuration settings from (My web to Mobile Office) today on 23\07\11 this girl Sunita Singh had instruct me to change the settings from my web to mobile office,now my question is why i had been not informed while activating the internet service,and now i had received my bill amt is 1500/- and i am not going to make this payment either deduct the amt which u'll have charged me for airtel live services because i was not informed,and if you are not deducting the amt than please change my sim from postpaid to prepaid.Please reply as soon as possible.
