When I visited the Ballys mentioned, I was intrested in joining.
When I gave them my debit card to set things up, I was told that the membership fee would not start to be taken out until the startup fee was paid.
I did not pay the startup fee but found out that $25 dollars and change was taken out of my account by Ballys.
I went to them for an explanation and was told that someone decided to put the startup fee over a few months without my consent or any notice given to me.
When I told them that I wanted to canceal the membership, I was told that i could not do it unless i was being deployed by National Guard, live outside the 25 mile radius of the club, and had to wait a year to canceal.
Was also told that since I could not have the fee until September, I could bring in all the money then and the person could make an arrangement with me about the fees.
Since I have not used any of the things at the fitness center feel that my money should be given back to me because I am paying for a product i am not and will not use because of this problem.
I will also not have anything nice to say about this company because of the way I have been treated.
