I placed an order of three items early in Dec. for the amt. required to avoid shipping costs. Upon receiving the order, two items had been canceled resulting in a $3.99 shipping charge on a $6.99 order. The invoice claimed to qualify for a CASH-BACK Rebate up tp
$15.00. After 'jumping through hoops' on the Webb Site given, my zip code was denied, as if I had never placed an order. I expect cash back or I will return the one article I have received. I expect immediate action. 828-452-4812.
