I applied for several payday loans and was approved by this one for a 24 month pay back agreement on $5000.00 cash was told to secure a first time payment of 350.00 through Money Gram or My Vanilla a co-networking account reload card purchased and Walmart, Walgreens etc. for verification and processing the loan the same day.  They had all my personal/banking information and knowledge of my application.  The gentlemen were Indian accent and went by the names Mike Williams and Johnny.  They told me the payment was a mistake and my application would be on hold unless I sent another 375.00.  The finance company had my application on hold because the first payment on the reload card was 350.00 and under that number the computer could not generate the paper work needed to process the loan.  While I was blessing them out they were demanding rudely and desperately begging with arrogance, that if I send the whole 375.00 this time the loan would be processed.  I requested to lower the loan amount to meet the 350.00 obligation and continued to get demands for more money!  The government monitors our phone calls they say for terrorism; the exact same thing these criminals do to US citizens.  Where the stopped to these international a..holes!

You were conned swindled in an "advance fee" loan scam.
Not much chance you will ever get your money back.
    Expensive lesson.

They hide safely overseas using cheap and anonymous VoIP phone service to call and con Americans.

Level 3 is a VoIP telecom.  Contact them directly to report fraud by one of their "customers".  Won't get your money back, but it might shut down their account until they get a new number.
