I received this email from Joanthan McNichols and found out it is a scam. It pretty nerve wracking that someone can get the personal information that was on this email. My question is why aren't anyone doing something about it and finding a way to arrest these type of people. I'm taking this email to a friend of my that is a Dective with my local police department and see what he can do.

    Those types of emails are sent out by the thousands from overseas scammers.

    I received a garnishment email letter also! What a bunch thieves! I'm reporting him to the federal government

    I applied for a old loan online and unfornutely is how they obtained my information whomever the person is they do not have spell check and warrant for tot arrest and garnishment of wages will get a letter in the mail not a email even in this day and age I hope they track down this scammer who has way too much time on his hands!     Thank you guys for your post.  I am so glad that I goggle the name.  Yes it is strange how they have all of your personal information including driver license, bank account,  current address and social.  One thing wrong had the wrong zip code for the address. I didn't see a telephone number either for this Johnathan McNichols. I am taking this email to the bank and the police.

    I just got an email as well. Threatening me to pay or go to jail. I'm glad I looked this up. I knew it was a little fishy when there wasn't a number to call.

    I got an email as well it is scary, but I do not owe any company money so I did respond back but it is fishy because there is no phone number and they want you to respond only by email let see if they respond back
