As everyone else I ordered the "FREE trial" to find a charge on my credit card for $89. I called to complain and was told it was included in the Terms and Conditions. They gave me the options of returning the item or a refund of my credit card for $59. I will post when if and when I ever receive the credit to my account.

    They left out the option of filing fraud complaints with FTC and your state AG, filing a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector, and disputing the charge through your bank.

    They are running a cramming scam.

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and block your card number to prevent further fraud.  Your bank can reverse the charge if you dispute promptly, under FCBA.
