$32.94 was charged to my account for GRC*VITAMINS. However, I didn't purchase any vitamins nor did i authorized. Please correct this error asap because it caused a late payment in one of my bill that i have to pay late fee for now!

    Based on numerous consumer complaints, they are running a cramming scam.

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank shut down your account or block your card number to prevent further fraud and theft.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

    File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and the US Postal Inspector.

      I was reviewing my online Discover Card statement (i Almost never use it) and noticed 2 charges. I never heard of the company.My card issuer sent me a new card and number. Definitely some kind of scam.

    its not cramming scam, its called at home delivery, because its autoshiped. all it takes is a little reading on the invoice, no scam. just common sense folks.

      Did you order the same thing? I don't remember anything about reoccurring shipments, at least for the vitamins. I mean seriously, do you dissect all the words in the terms and agreements for everything? I could be wrong, I just find this whole vitaclear add-on to proactiv kinda fishy.

      It is a scam when they won't cancel when you call and cancel and they keep charging you, even after you sent the product back to them!

    I bought the GRC Endless youth vitamins.  I cancelled the order and sent the second bottle back.  They refunded for that second bottle, but now they have charged me again!  It is an autoship deal, but when you cancel, it should be cancelled!!  Now, I will have to close an account I have had for since the mid 80's.

    Absolute SCAM!  Got "Free Bottle" with another purchase, did not authorize additional bottles and now being charged.  Stay away from them.  Complete fraud.
