Phone Scam claiming to be employee of US Treasury Department of Legal Affairs

Indian Person with accent claiming to be named Dennis Miller called and left voicemail saying he was from US Treasury Department of Legal Affairs. He indicated that he has law enforcement actions against me .  The number was 929-220-5856. He quoted batch ID number 77729. And he said that I don't want legal mess.  Based on the White pages reverse phone lookup I made there are a number of complaints lodged against this number as IRS scam, stating similar experiences as my own. Checked with my tax accountant and my taxes have been paid to date.
