DRI*Trend Micro Software appeared on my monthly card statement.  I purchased the product for $69.95 over a year ago...hated it and never would've purchased it again.  A year later an unauthorized charge of $79.95 appeared on my card statement from DRI*Trend Micro Software.  After doing research on line, I learned that several consumers have also had unauthorized charges on the card statements from the same company.  Apparently, the company stores your card information (without your knowledge or consent) and does an automatic renewal.  The CSR told me that I needed to cancel the subscription before 30 days, however I never had a subscription in the first place!  After demanding a refund, the CSR stated that they would issue me a refund within 5 - 7 days.  The number to DRI*Trend Micro Software for a refund is 866-585-3251.  Good luck!

    I have just been billed by DRI TREND SOFTW LUXEMBOURG euros 49.95, for nothing. I did not authorise or buy any system from these people...What can I do to take action against them?
