They are a scam who would ignore your cancellation anyway.
Contact your bank to dispute all charges made after the date you tried to contact them to cancell, and close the account immediately to prevent future fraud. Notify their bank that this company is engaged in deceptive marketing, and that you are disputing the charge due to fraud.

This is a total scam I returned my package for a refund that was 2 weeks ago. DO NOT TAKE PART IN THIS SCAM.
