Funny how that last complaint sounds exactly the same as my experience. Customer service reps are not held responsible for the contractual agreements that the company holds the customers responsible for. I for one am not going to pay for something I didnt agree to. Principal.

Direct tv has the worst customer service and reps I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. 9 out of 10 of them LIE about what they do or say on those calls. Its really a shame they have NO one listening and checking their work.

    I think something should be done. One was done in FL against DTV. What other options are there for getting what you pay for?
