tough lobster

My moms 88th b-day was this past Sat and she wanted lobster, so 8 of us went to Red Lobster and her lobster was tough. When the manager ( I guess) came by we told her and she came up with 2 free deserts at another time!  Wow...Are you kidding me.  I spent &28.00 for that good for nothing meal and thats the comp we got.  They will never be able to use that, and we all were left with an unbelieable feeling after we all spent a lot of money eatting and drinking in that establisment in Melbourne Fl on Hwy 192 July 23, 2010. Pretty Sad!!!  Shame on you Red Lobster.
