888-764-7581 - Can you have them quit calling my business phone.  I have stated this to them 15 times and I will file a suit against them for damages as they are calling at 1 am and 5am so I can not sleep.  This has been going on for about a month now.

    This number 888-764-7581 calls me everyday monday thru friday at 1:00pm
    they call my cell number. it only rings once before they hangup. I keep trying to answer it but one ring isn't enough time.
    I called my cell phone provider Verizon and they blocked this number from calling me.

    Don't count on it, I tried to get help from Pacific 1 Lending with a loan negotiation, they took the money or 6 monthes later, nothing!

    This company contacted me and wanted to do a loan modificaion for me and I allowed them to.  They completed it in 4 months time.  I can now say that my wife and I are happy and they really saved our life.  This company is great and there should be more out there like them.

    This complaint is so silly...the phone number does not match the company number for Pacific One Lending at all...I had an excellent experience with the company all around. The staff at Pacific One Lending lowered our mortgage rate by almost 2 points! We are saving about 1,000 a month!  We can't believe the deal they got us!

    Some people are so out of it that they will make a complaint that is not even about the right business!! I know there are strange folks out there but it is still shocking that someone could be so neglectful about their information that they would take actions that might be hurtful to a company that is actually trying to please their customers!! I have worked with Pacific One Lending before a few years back and they were absolutely the best!! They were soooooo nice to our family and we have had amazing results with our mortgage payments because of them. Anyone would be lucky to have them call you in our opinion!!

    I was just looking up the company's website to use one of their free tools for mortgage calculation, and I happened to see this terrible complaint about a company that I know very well. This complaint could not be more far from the truth. I have refied all 7 of my properties which are across the U.S. with Pacific One Lending. They are a truly accomodating company and would never call at 'all hours of the night'. Even with all of my properties accross the country they took the extra time to double check the time zones when contacting anyone at each location. I have NEVER received a call during the night from them! This company is in the top of its field when it comes to professionalism and respect. I just realized that the number that is associated with this complaint is not even related to Pacific One Lending! Wow! The post is not even truly about Pacific One Lending....its a mistake! I knew that this great company would never do anything like that!

    Oh my goodness,,this is an inacurate complaint,,the phone number is not even close to any of the numbers for Pacific One Lending and Real Estate company.  This company has been faithfull to our family in every way possible.  I was so surprised to see this complaint about this incredible company but now that I understand it is wrong,, It makes more sense. Well someone got some false information or got the names and numbers confused,, because the Pacific One that I know of simply does not make inappropriate phone calls of any kind. I hope this helps clear up some confusion.

    I can't believe that someone has not taken this incorrect posted complaint down.  It is so invalid its alomost a joke. Is this website for real?  I have friends that have used Pacific One Lending to help them out with their mortgage and they had only the best of things to say about them...
    Also, the phone number is wrong I am at home looking at a Pacific One Lending business card in my hand and the phone number is completely different than the one presented in the complaint above.  This website is obviously not doing their job to review the complaints that come in.  Pacific One Lending is a very top notch group of professionals that does not engage in behavior that is offensive like this complaint says. In fact, my friends are so happy that I am planning on refinancing with them very soon.

    Refied twicwe with Pac One... They helped me alot Very patient wit me. My englis not very good. But they are very patien wit me. I needed to move to
    diffrent town. But I still come back to them. They very good people. Make the mortgage very easy for us to do. We save much moneys wit them. We are very hapy.

    We jsut got out of a horrible Arm Loan... We were lucky to be introduced to Pacific One lending...At church one of our members was talking about how they were so happy to hve just refinanced and how they are now saving all this money me and my husband overheard and interupted the conversation to find out who they had worked with to refinance. They tols us about Pacific One lending and how great they are. SO we tried them out as well. They are great and have been a joy to us. We just love the team at the cmpany Pacific one lending.

    Just started a loan mod with Pacific One...they are so helpful to get me this loan...I could not refinance our home and they is hel;ping us so much. We needed lots of extra assistance and they are so nice to us.

    Just locked in a 30 yr fixed loan at 4.25% couldnt b e happier!!!  Pacific One is the BEST!!!  Whoever posted the complaint has their information all wrong LoL !!!

    My familia es got to lower our monthly house payment and fast or else we lose the house. We had a friend tell us about how they refinanced and how it was like so easy to do a loan mod with pacific one lending. SO we called them up and discover how right they are when the say it easy they were telling me straight man. We got them to do a loan modificasion for us and now we can affords to stay in our home. GOD BLESSS THIS COMPANY AND THE PEOPLE THAT ALL HELPED US THERE AT PACIFIC ONE.  My wife and kids are like so so happy now that they can all stay and grow up in our home. Amen.
