at 11/10/2011 i was activated my 3g service.12/10/2011 they send the settings.but the settings are not activated.after that i called to customer care deportment but they put on the line 48mins and they cut the line.after that again i called to them they on 30mins.but they dint given the responce.again and again i called to them.but they dint given the responce.
  Take immegiately action.
