At 11:24 AM I received a call from Card Services with the telephone number of 1-360-474-3909 with the offer of lowering my interest rate.  There was an option to press one for more information. When I called the number back to check the validity a message stated that the number was temporarily disconnected.

This company is a TOTAL SCAM - all they want is your information - they have been reported to the FTC and i have filed police reports - if you get called do the same and immeditately call the credit bureaus so they can put alerts on your accounts - they also use another number but I am not sure what it is - they called my friend

I got a call this morning at 11:53am....Says they are "Card Services", runs a recorded message saying nothing is wrong with your credit card account but if you want to lower your interest rate to 6.9% to press 1.  If you did not want to receive these calls to press 3....I pressed 3.  I really hope they don't call again though.

    Tired
I am so tired of getting these calls.  I have pressed 1 and asked to talk to "Rachel", but of course there is no "Rachel" there. So I tell the person, please, please, please take this number off your list. One time the gentleman told me that I didn't need to get upset with him and I assured him that I have the right to get upset since NOONE takes my DO NOT CALL seriously and this phone number is on the DNC register.  My mother has NEVER had a credit card in her life and she is 93. One time I also acted like I was interested and they ask me what kind of card my mother has.   I said, "No, you tell me, you called me so you should know."  Of course, they hung up.

This number has called several previous times, but this is first time I've answered to call and pressed "1."  Thw woman answered by asking if I had more than $3,000 in credit card debt to which I asked "who is this?" and was immediately hung up on.  Rude, crude, and obviously violating the "Don't Call" rule, so needs to be taught a good lesson..

I receive calls from this Card Services #360-474-3909 several times a month.  I have tried pressing 3 which the recording tells you to do if you don't want any calls from this number again, but they keep calling.  I am also on the National Do Not Call registery and evidently they don't pay any attention to this either.  Sure wish I knew how to get rid of them for good.  I am so annoyed with them I could scream!

Go here: http://www.youtube-d.com/youtube-to-mp3/download.html and download this free tool to record this "no longer is service/disconnected" message: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2BVbyCZXc5s. If you hold the phone up to your speakers and play this when you get an unwanted call, it should stop them.

I get calls from "Card Services" several times a month.  I always push 3 to "be removed from our calling list" and I'm on the Federal DNC list yet they continue to call.  I've never pushed 1 to transfer to someone who will ultimately hang uip on me when I ask them to stop calling I'm sure.  These clowns are just maddening.

they keep calling and calling and calling. when you try to call the number back it says "temporarily unavailable" - sure - I bet temporary actually means " perminantly". [***].

I have received more than 150 (I have them documented) calls from these criminals. I have filed more that 50 complaints with the FTC but due to the volume of these scammers I don't think they will ever stop any of them.
I find that I get great enjoyment by pressing 1 and talking to one of their "reps". I have a phony name, credit card number, and social security number that I use. They seem to get upset once they finally figure out that THEY are getting scammed. I guess they think their time is more valuable than mine.

I have received calls from this number before and have never answered because it says "cards services" on the ID. Today, I have received 4 calls from them and 3 from other solicitors. We are also on the do no call registry. I answered the phone from 360-474-3909 the second time and pressed "3" to no longer receive these "offers" and then when they called back the 4th time I answered it again to speak to the rep. I told her how we are the do not call list and that I do not want them calling me and that I would file a complaint if it continued, her reply to me..."you're wasting my time" - then hung up!?! So frustrating!
