broken chairs, 5 deliveries to bring 2 rooms of furniture and never delivered a bench

I purchased 2 rooms of furniture from Ashley Furniture Homestore in Sugarland TX in October 2010. right after the furniture was delivered 3 legs of the kitchen table broke... the bolt snapped off and broke off in the hole... and when I went to check the damage there was a sign to not tighten the bolts.... a signal that there is a common manufacturers defiect in this chair that everyone seemed to know about and didn't care about! I asked them to give me different chairs since these were broken and they wouldn't.  Since I paid $250 for Montage Protection for a 5 year extended warranty I called them and since it is within one year of purchase they won't cover it... this insurance I bought from Ashley Furniture is only for accidents... not for when the furniture breaks and is poorly manufactured.  

Please do yourself a favor and don't buy from them.
